DAM Capital IPO Gets 2.75x Subscription
New Delhi: The initial share sale of investment bank DAM Capital Advisors Ltd got fully sub-scribed hours after opening for bidding on Thursday and ended with 2.75 times subscription. The initial public offering (IPO) received bids for 5,71,69,722 shares against 2,08,04,632 shares on offer, reflecting 2.75 times subscription, as per NSE data. Retail individual investors (RIIs) part attracted 3.87 times subscription while the quota for non-institutional investors got subscribed 3.72 times. The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 1 per cent subscrip-tion. DAM Capital Advisors on Wednesday said it has raised Rs 251 crore from anchor investors.
Transrail Lighting’s IPO fully subscribed on Day-1
Transrail Lighting’s initial public offering (IPO) got fully subscribed hours after opening for bid-ding on Thursday and ended the day with 2 times subscription. The initial share sale got bids for 2,87,61,926 shares against 1,39,16,742 shares on offer, translating into 2.07 times subscription, according to NSE data. Retail individual investors (RIIs) part received 2.85 times subscription, while the category for non-institutional investors got subscribed 2.10 times. The portion for Qual-ified institutional buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 78 per cent. Transrail Lighting Ltd has mobilised Rs 246 crore from anchor investors.
Mamata Machinery IPO fully subscribed
New Delhi: The initial public offer of packaging machinery manufacturer Mamata Machinery Ltd got fully subscribed within minutes of opening for subscription on Thursday.The initial share sale received bids for 1,69,39,212 shares against 51,78,227 shares on offer, translating into 3.27 times subscription, as per NSE data till 11:12 hours.
Inventurus Knowledge debuts with 53%premium
New Delhi: Shares of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd, which provides healthcare support services, ended with a premium of nearly 53 per cent against the issue price of Rs 1,329 on Thursday. The stock made its debut at Rs 1,856, rallying 39.65 per cent from the issue price on the BSE.
